FYI
IF any one in the Nothboro area of Massachusetts has the need for daycare
(infants through kidnergarden), the Goddard School is wonderful. They had
me meet with all the teachers (incase of substitutes) at their staff
meeting and give an overview of Celiac Disease and teacher expectations and
ways to alter the assignments/schedule to allow my son to not be segregated
from them. They were all very accepting. Last year, I had met with my sons
teachers and the program manager and they disemminated the info at their
staff meeting. I'm glad this year they expanded it to everyone, people seem
to pay closer attention when there is a warm body in front of them. No
financial interest, just want to pass along a bit of good news--we don't
always get that in our situations.
Best Regards,
Sabrina in MA
