you need to check out this bakery and store.  It is
Delicious-N-Fit.  The address is 4757 W. Park Blvd.,

owner's name is Laura Strain.

She has a wonderful little bakery.  She also makes
gluten-free birthday cakes, or even wedding cake, as per
your order.  She has some gluten-free cake mixes, that
come with the cake pan included!  She also carries many
other favorite manufacturers.  Kinnikinnick, Gluten Free
Pantry, 'Cause Your Special, etc...

Some of the cookies in the display case at the counter are
even GF!

The best part...she has a frequent buyer program.  Here
are the details:

When your purchases exceed $100, you will receive
     a 5% discount all all subsequent purchases.

When your purchases exceed $250, you will receive
     an additional 5% rebate check quarterly.  That
     is still in addition to the previous 5% discount
     already earned.
