No helpful replys to these bars but from my own experience, it wasn't a good one to sample.
I found this at Harris Teeter.
My only replies were interest in the answer if it was GF and a reply from Robb Dorf in California that he has a GF "Pure Fit bar" Nutritional bar of the year.  If anyone has an interest in these bars his web site is:  www.Purefit.com   They are not sold in this area so I have no idea how they taste, just passing the info on.
