I much prefer "gluten sensitive" or "gluten intolerant". Then it becomes
just semantics, and nothing to set us apart & mark us as freaks. So it
becomes, "I am gluten sensitive & my blood type is O pos." Factual, not
descriptive.

That's my vote!
