I am thrilled to have found this recently after looking for a Hoisin sauce
for a year:

Premier Japan  Organic Wheat-Free Hoisin Sauce.

I just spoke with a representative (but did not ask about manufacturing on
dedicated lines, etc...) and they claim that it is gluten free.   This
company has links to allergy sites and they seem very away of food
sensitivities, allergies and intolerance.
