Hi everyone. Just thought I'd share my new recipe using the Don Pancho gf
flour wraps. For five years I have been longing for a Taco Bell Mexican
pizza...just got through eating one and it was sooooo good!

Cook some ground beef with taco seasonings and chopped onions (if desired).
Set aside. Heat some refried beans, set aside. Dice some tomato and green
onions. Have some pregrated (or grate your own), Mexican cheese blend or your
favorite cheese. Use two
wraps for each pizza. These are large, you may want to share one with
another person or eat it all (I just couldn't resist! lol). Fry the wraps, one at a
time...do not get the oil too hot or the edges will cook and leave the
middle "raw." I found it helpful to hold the middle down with a metal spatula.
Remove when golden and place on paper towel to drain. When both are fried,
spread refried beans on one and then top with the ground beef mixture. Also, put
some cheese on top of the beef before putting the other wrap on top (this
helps hold them together). Now put your favorite salsa on top of the top wrap,
cover that with the grated cheese, chopped tomatoes and chopped green onions.
You will have a two layer stack. Put on a cookie sheet (or for easy handling,
build it on the sheet) and put into a 400 oven for 7-10 mins or until the
cheese has melted. Remove, let sit about 5 mins and cut into 4 pie shaped
pieces.

Didn't give any exact amounts because I only made one but I think a half
pound of ground beef would be enough for 3-4 of these wraps, depending on how
much meat you'd like on each. For the rest of the ingredients, use as much as
you feel would be necessary for your tastes. Hope you enjoy them as much as
I did.
