Thank you all who answered my call for information using GF lasagna noodles
that are uncooked. It seems like I am the last to get on the bandwagon as so
many people do it this way. Only one person gave me exact quanitites to use
with my simple recipe of 1 lb ricotta, 1 lb mozzarella and one lb ground
meat. That was to use a large jar of sauce. I did that last night and it came
out fine. It was so simple. I had never added an egg before to the ricotta
cheese, but so many wrote that they did, that I tried it and added some dried
parsley leaves. RC
