Hi Colin,

I know that tracking through the snail mail is not good, but I know that the
meter will get here eventually.  I'll let you know when it gets here, I'm
thinking that it should be here by the end of next week, but then, a few
years ago, my neighbor sent me a birthday card
 the day before my birthday, I got it one month later.

I hope that it doesn't take that long!
