Anthony, the DX-398 and Sangean ATS-909 are the same radio.  I'm thinking of
getting the DX-398 I saw at the local pawn shop and sending it to RadioLabs
and getting it converted to the Super 909.  

Anyone ever had a radio tweaked by RadioLabs?  Here is the link to the Super

Kiwa also has some mods for the 909/398  and a little less expensive,
although not as many mods.
