  Does the section of back panel around the motherboard ports separate from 
the rest of the case?  If so, I'd see if Chieftec has an alternate panel 
available with the cutouts you need.  (If not, I'd say that you're on your 
own as far as getting that motherboard to work in that case, and the 
simplest alternative may be to buy a new case.)
