Does anybody here know if the food of the Maori in New Zealand is similar to
paleo food? My Mom has RA and is trying her best to avoid changing her diet.
She heard of a supplement derived from some sea muscles (Gruenlippmuschel)
that is supposed to heal RA (because the Maori don't have RA). I told her
there is probably more to it and to look at how they live and the food they
eat. I have not found anything on the internet.
