I don't eat all cooked.  I love sashimi and eat raw fish very very
frequently. I also favor red meat and eat it extremely rare ie still cold
inside, just heated on the outside to kill some bacteria. I enjoy steak
tatar as well -- raw egg and beef, but it is true that I do not eat an
exclusively raw meat diet.
