Subject: Melatonin

I don't want to rain on anybody's parade but just in case you need to know
this, melatonin can cause depression in some people. It does me. It does
not with Sandy. The depression feelings are not long lasting but I thought
it was just me when I began using it and later heard an expert on the radio
discussing how well it works for most people and he mentioned to be aware of
the possible depression factor. I'm not suggesting, nor was he, that
depression will eventually happen either. If it doesn't happen right away,
it apparently doesn't occur but I'm no expert.

Phil.
