Frankly, I have Echolink, but rarely use it.

And, Ron, I just have a city lot, no estate here...but I do have HF 
capabilities from 80 up.  My beam and rotor need repairing, which is 
probably a goal for this spring or maybe next year, as the sunspot cycle is 
going to be perking up hopefully by then.

But, to me, Echolink isn't ham radio at all.  I get no thrill by scanning a 
list, it's not like calling CQ on SSB.  It just isn't my bag; I might as 
well use Skype or MSN.
