Tom,

Don't hav a link handy but a google search for "g4fon" or "koch method cw
trainer" should kick up his free windows program.

You can ignore the  difference between the  Farnsworth and Koch method of
learning the code and set the program to your choice of wpm and character
speed.  The program lets you send a text file as cw.
