On ten meters the FM section is from 29.500 MHz to 29.700 MHz.
the FM calling frequency is 29.600 MHz.
the 4 repeater frequencies are as follows.
29.620 MHz
29.640 MHz
29.660 MHz
29.680 MHz
The shift is minus 100 KHz.
