warming the clouds is precisely what you do on 160 and 80 meters
anyway...unless you wish to chase DX past 1000 kilometers on those bands,
which most people don't.
The NVIS factors apply to 1 wave length loop antennas and for 160 and 80
this is exactly what you want.
