I have a T23 myself. Your best bet is going to be to get yourself a PMCIA
USB2 card, and then plug an External DVD burner into it. Or make your own
external burner by getting a five and a half inch USB2, self
powered,  external drive bay, and the DVD burner of your choice. Then just
plug that into your PMCIA USB2 card and use it like any USB drive. This is
what I do.

  One caveat ...you will need to be using XP or Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
