Of course! One teaspoon contains 650mg of oil. The analysis is for
4650mg, or about seven teaspoons, close enough to two tablespoons for
me. So, that amount contains 1139mg Omega 3, of which EPA is 455mg,
DHA is 437mg, and DPA is 167mg. Tomo and I each do about one
tablespoon, 4 or 5 days a week, sometimes more.
I hope that's what you needed. I do look upon this stuff as a natural
food, and thus don't take dosage very seriously. It's just plain good
for you, no matter how much or little you get each day. I don't worry
about eating a whole bunch of broccoli if I want, and then none the
next day, and I feel the same way about all nutrients.
