Maybe the brain-fog comes from drinking too little?
When I go low-carb I try to drink in excess of 2
litres of water - in addition to the 1˝ litres of tea
I drink every day!
Cheese and peanuts are rather high in fat... Hmm - see
if you can find paleo foodstuffs that do the same for
you, like true nuts instead of the peanuts. As for
meat: why not go for fish and shellfish instead?
