when you are breathing correctly you have an appropriate appetite and 
better metabolism. You can exercise longer with fewer bad effects. You 
do not crave carbs and junk as much.

The how is explained in my previous email message.

As I said, there is some biochemistry that explains some of this and 
experimental results that bear it out. As well as empirical results with 
a lot of people who practice reduced breathing exercises.

For me I practice to eliminate asthma. The losing fat was somewhat of a 
surprise. I had been told about it but didn't believe it.

I eat one meal per day mostly, as mentioned, and with the reduced 
breathing I don't eat as much as I used to in that one meal. And I'm 
still eating as much as I want.
