Even though i've been eating paleo, I came down with a
nasty sinus infection two weeks ago. It is still just
as bad as when it first started. I've tried
everything... breathing in steam, taking long hot
showers, eating paleo, but nothing helps... i've had
to resort to over the counter sinus meds. :( I'm not
happy about that, but the pain is unbelievable.

I was wondering if anyone has any other ideas that
might help me?
