Hi Jerry,
I hope you don't mind my asking - is the vodka for therapeutic purposes?
I've never heard of that, and I'd be interested to hear more about it. Do
you have Type I or Type II?
I'm glad your WOE suits you. Do you eat exactly the same thing every day? I
have a friend who does that, except for one meal on Sundays.
Anne

To each his own. We all vary in many ways. I have two eggs fried in
butter,
sunny side up, with a cup of black coffee for breakfast, a 1/3 rd pound
ground beef patty for lunch with 2 vodka and grapefruit juice
drinks,(sometimes I
add a little cheese) For dinner I repeat the vodka drinks along with a
steamed 1/4 chicken covered with 6 slices of bacon. I steam the chicken in
the
rice dish which comes with the steamer and this collects all the fat juices.
I
drink the fat as dessert. for those of you interested this food regimen
equates
to: 2% CHO, 28% PRO, 14% alcohol, 55% fat. Not exactly PALEO but it suits
me
and my diabetes. JerrySteg
