I thought I would test the less protein more fat theory. So for dinner I had
3-4 oz lamb, about 4 cups of cooked shredded cabbage, and on that I poured
about 3 tablespoons of coconut oil and goose fat. It is now I an hour later
and my stomach feels full in the sense that I don't think it can hold
anymore, yet I feel ravenous. What I am craving is more protein (or bread
but that's obviously out of the question!).

Should I have added more fat?
Should I have eaten more veggies although I feel like I couldn't have?
Maybe I am doing something wrong?

Comments, suggestions, advice...?

TIA,
Kristina
