Is teff even a grain? Grains botanically are grasses. I don't know what
teff is. Amaranth for example is not really a grain, I wouldn't expect
it to cause gluten reactions unless the mill or storage bins had been
used on wheat and it got contaminated. Even most grains don't have
gluten.
