You could refer her to www.hystersisters.com. I had to have a hysterectomy 1
1/2 years ago and I am down to one ovary at age 38. There also many doctors
now who specialize in NHRT. While I know that supplements are not paleo, I
couldn't get my cycles to work properly without supplementing with natural
progesterone.
