I received six replies, most, already familiar with the bread, exclaiming
how good it was. One said there was a Butanese Red Rice Bread that had
almost the same taste and texture.

One respondent wanted to know if anyone was selling the bread on-line. I
don't know off any, but you might try the web site of Food for Life, the
manufacturer.

I don't know the village the Whole Food market on Long Island is in, but
it's just south of Port Washington, on northern Blvd., across from the
Americana Shopping Center.
