Dear Listmates -
Thank you for your responses.
Of the responses I received, all but one thought I meant the
turkey with separate gravy packet. I did not. I got one
response that the oven-ready lean turkey roast, already in
gravy in a pan, is GF, and she had checked with Hormel,
the manufacturer of Jennie-O.
Strangely, while the Jennie-O prime young turkey, with the
separate gravy packet, is GF but the gravy packet is not GF,
the oven-ready Lean Turkey Roast already in gravy and already
in the aluminum pan IS GF.
In fact, Hormel just now faxed me a very long list of all
Hormel-made products that are GF.
I will post this later.
