Just want everyone to know that Carrabba's is fantastic! They have a gluten
free menu at this restaurant, all servers understand cross-contamination...
they have a designated grill for the gluten free dishes in order to avoid
previously cooked gluten foods, and THEY UNDERSTAND! They have staff meetings
making sure that the servers understand and take precautions as soon as you
ask for the gluten free menu. This is an Italian restaurant so that now my
husband can enjoy his Ravioli's and I can enjoy many dishes offered on the
gluten-free menu! If you go, ask for Norm the manager, he is super!!!
