Hi Listmates,

Having missed Pringles terribly since being gluten-free, I was excited to
discover that Lay's has duplicated Pringles (called Lay's Stax). Their label
declares "This product is naturally free of gluten." I know many people
have issues with gluten cross-contamination in Frito-Lay products. I've
eaten two cans of Lay's Original Stax without any reaction, while I do have
a reaction to their Fritos corn chips. I also do not react to their
Tostitos tortilla chips, so it seems hit or miss for me with Frito-Lay
products. Anyway, FYI for those of you who do not have a problem with Lay's
and have been craving Pringles! The Stax are actually better, in my
opinion!
