Pre-celiac days I used to make a Twinkie torte using a yellow cake mix and a recipe for the creamy filling.  It was fabulous with fresh strawberries!!!  I would like to covert this recipe to gluten free and was wondering what brand gluten free yellow cake mix is the best?
