Dry Eye:
Daytime: Bion Tears. Completely non-allergic. As often as needed.
Costs $4 less at Wal Mart than at Walgreens or Osco-Savon.
Night: Puralube ointment, made by Fougera, which is about 1/3 or 1/4
the cost of Bausch & Lomb PM - same ingredients.
Here is the URL - or link, if it comes through as a link -
to contact Fougera to ask where to get it (maybe a store near
you, maybe from them?). Just buy in quantity to justify the
shipping, maybe:

Dry Mouth: Biotene mouth rinse helps.
This costs far less at Wal Mart, too.
Biotene makes a dry mouth toothpaste, too.

I have for years worn Fitovers..which are wonderful looking, perfect for UV
and dryness protection for me, at least. They are not a tight seal (which I
would hate), but certainly good enough for me.
I am on two prescription drugs, Ristasis and Salagen, both for Sjogrens.
Besides taking these drugs, I use Gentel eye gel (by Novaris) in my eyes at
night and cover them with sleep blindfold (like you get in the aminity kits
on airplanes). I also use Celluvisc eye drops (by Refresh) during the day
(the kind that are single dosage vials). All of this helps tremendously
