Dear Friends,

I have received well over two dozen replies to my question and all agree
that

the facility run by Lee Tobin in NC was specifically built to be gluten
free.

Someone point out to me that it says right on the bread bag that it is made
in

a gluten free facility.

Several of your said the items are quite high in fat and calories. All of
you

agreed they taste wonderful.

Thanks for the replies!

Paula in Pa.
