I was flipping channels tonight during commercials and happened to tune to QVC when they were advertising a gf cookbook!
Healthy Gluten-free Cooking cookbook, but Darian Allen and Rosemary Kearney.

I couldn't believe my eyes. I'm not promoting the book (which I already own) or QVC, but if any of you want to support their effort and need the book, the code number is F10639 and their ph. number is

Not only did the host keep reinforcing how delicious and healthy foods can be without wheat or gluten, but he suggested people order it so they can make guests who can't eat wheat or gluten feel welcome. I missed the beginning of the shpiel, so I don't know if celiac was mentioned.
