Does anyone have any recommendations for a book that talks about celiac? I
am aware of the many fabulous cookbooks out there, but was looking for a
book covers a personal side to dealing with this disease or even chronic
disease in general. I was recently diagnosed in January of 2005 after a
gluten challenge. It has been a slow healing process, and I thought a little
bibliotherapy would be helpful. I would be happy to summarize.
