My sister had blood work come back like this.

Endomysial = negative
Gliadin IGG=41.7
IGA=55.4

Upper GI said "suspicious" for Celiac Disease.

She has not met with her doctor yet for another ten days she got these results after upper GI.

She seems to think because the Endomysial is negative perhaps she doesn't really have it.
