I was thrilled with the responses to my very first post...concerning
eating in Ireland.

Mike Z posted a summary a couple of days ago from a similar request and
that includes much of the info I received. Everyone was enthusiastic
about travel and eating GF in Ireland.

A few additional comments:
1) Avoid sausages and hamburgers.
2) Cider is a good substitute or beer.
3) Lunch is difficult but with a full Irish breakfast you may not need
much lunch. Take GF energy bars.
4) Coeliac Society of Ireland email is [log in to unmask], web site is
www.coeliac.ie
5) I did receive names of 3 restaurants in Dublin, 2 in Kilkenny, and 1
in Kenmare. If anyone needs that specific info, please email me.

Thanks to all who responded. You're great!!! Now I am looking forward
to our trip.

Sarah
