Oh my gosh. I'm so excited, I had to share. I've heard of the Whole Foods Baked stuff on the list, but tried some tonight, for the first time.
Yes...buy the pizza crusts. If you liked Elios frozen pizza from your pre celiac days, you will love the crusts that Whole Foods makes. I coated the top with olive oil and garlic, then shredded cheese, then a little tomato sauce, and 10 or so minutes later....heaven. This is honestly the first crust I found that makes me forget it's gluten-free.
And the apple pie is out of this world. So much for my losing weight tonight!
Neither taste gluten-free according to my husband who does not have celiac.
