Due to overwhelming demand, we have increased our staff and doubled
our production. We expect our products to be in our Mid West, South
Central and Rocky Mountain stores by mid April, and roll out to our
remaining West Coast stores by June. Please check with your local
store's bakery department or visit www.wholefoodsmarket.com for store
locations and details.
We will be sampling our baked goods at Columbia Universitys's Celiac
Sreening in N.Y.C. this Saturday April 2,
and at the CSA Regional Conference in D.C. this Sunday April 3. Next
Sunday April 10 we will be in Boston at Healthy Villi Meeting where Jax
Lowell will discuss her new book "The Gluten Free Bible".

Thank you all again for your overwhelming support,
The WFM GF Bakehouse Team
