We can't tell you much without the model number, or the specifics of
your need for a replacement. Do you need the chip as well?
In general, I have found this to be a losing proposition. The chances
are good that you're dealing with a proprietary case and board and you
may need to buy it from HP, which could be expensive.
If you're going to replace the board, it may be a good time to free
yourself from the tyranny of Brand name machines and buy a new case at
the same time.
