Thanks, several of the people on the live-food group have mentioned that
eating raw meat was hard initially, particularly organ meats, but that they
now crave them. Putting it all in a blender doesn't sound so bad, but eating
chunks of raw organ meat (since I can't have the dairy or eggs) just does
not sound appealing.

I think I will forgo this experiment and stick with paleo the way I have
been. However, what about the claims regarding veggies and cellulose? Any
validity to it? What veggies were available to Paleolithic people?
