Hi Eva, yes it is exactly like the jelly that you get after boiling a chicken.
The fat I've taken off to make soap with and now there is this big bowl of
jelly left. If you move the bowl it moves like... jelly and all slippery and
such.
You think it would be something to make soup from or any other use?

The soap seems to be ok, it smells nice and after three weeks of ripening it
should be ready to use.
