I'm not sure paleo can cure KP...my research shows that it's hereditary.
Mine seems to be lessened a bit but that could be due to more faithful use
of the 12% AmLactin cream (switched from the lotion to the cream).

I have KP.

MY skin was much drier before going paleo - especially my feet.  My skin has
improved, but I still have the KP.

I use Amlactin 12% lotion for it.
