Dear Group,

I have a question about something that's happened more than once to me.

When I look at my add/remove programs in my control panel, initially the

list is alphabetically and moves right through. Now I have a huge gap

(we're talking huge) that's filled with black boxes between easy CD creator

and hp instant support. This happened before and then we had a virus and

crashed our hard drive. After the reload, it was normal again. Now it's

back to having the big gap. I just wonder how this happens and is there a

way to fix it.
