I would recommend deleting the folder under C: as well. Deleting one SHOULD
not
delete the other. The NTFS file system creates folders unique to each user,
and the
My Pictures folder is one of those created by default, and, as you've
noticed, the OS
tends to migrate to it when ever you are working with graphic files. IMHO,
the best
security for your pictures is to use, and create folders for other images
in, the My Pictures
folder that Windows creates as a part of your user profile.
