Thanks for explaining to me about Bren's style. I guess I jumped to conclusions. :)
I've seen many folks that eat low carb and/or paleo improve their cholesterol levels, which to me says that high cholesterol is a bad thing, assuming that you believe low carb/paleo is a good diet and has that effect on cholesterol. Make sense?

Aww, Bren's not being condescending; she couldn't if she tried. She's
just being sweet, and deals with the public very successfully with her

Actually, I think both Bren and I agree about too many hormones as well.

And I'm not sure this is what she was saying. But the problem is
defining what is too much. I personally feel that an optimal diet and
other measures to deal with chronic situations will allow the body to
balance its production of cholesterol.
