Well since I'm usually very careful about speed laws, etc., I don't get
stopped and I don't get asked to pass sobriety tests.  Of course I definitely
don't drink and drive at all so if I ever got ask to breathe into a
Breathalyzer, I'd pass.  Here in NC, the test is standard equipment, and you
can lose your driving priviledges if you refuse to take the test.  I don't
think the police ask drivers to 'walk the line' any more as it's not the most
reliable test.
