I totally agree.
Thought about where to put the "Kids don't try this at home"
warning but these two Pinheads got there first.
I've never been clear on how to repeat my
champagne method -- certainly wouldn't use glass jugs --
and how do you get the cap tight enough but not too tight?
So it was just dumb luck.
"Hard" cider is a misnomer -- it was ultra smooth,
zillions of tiny sweet bubbles.
