Eric, I'm aware of all that but for this list a bit of levity is a
requirement for posting. However, I CAN hear the laughter, followed by a
deep sucking in of breath, if I were to propose to these folks that we hire
someone for $1,000 per day for a couple of days. $2,000 is the annual
budget for this building for insurance, heat and lights, and a very
occasional lawn mowing.
Did you see John Leeke's message? I think he may just be our "knight in
shining armor," even though we're all well past the age of being damsels.
