Well folks, guess you answered my question. For now we'll be content with,
"Ayah, she's still astandin'!!!!!!!! $1,000 a day, oh my, you fellas must
all ride around in chauffer driven cars at that rate!!!!!!! You'd be
laughed out of town here where a lot of folks are lucky to be makin' that
in a MONTH!!! City life sure is different, but I think we are happier.
Ralph, this job you are asuckin' after, is it for the defense or the
prosecution?
And what's this "sin" business? Who's a sinnin' now? Ruth

Sorry to harp on fees but I don't want Ruth to be mislead. A professional
will cost more than "a couple hundred dollars...to get a quick (one to
several days) decent snapshot of the building's
current status..." I think you should assume a minimum of $1000 per day and
many of us cost 2X's that.
Eric
The distinguished gentleman is entirely correct. You are about to get into
a process that ain't cheap, Ruth.
He is especially correct sin view of the fact that I'm going to be seeing
him about a job sometime soon. If I suck up sufficiently, that is.
